Woodbridge Pallet is a leading manufacturer of new and recycled pallets, serving a wide range of industries with a commitment to quality and efficiency. We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced full time Pallet Builder to join our production team at our Bowmanville location.

What you will do:

• Operate pneumatic nail guns to assemble and repair wooden pallets efficiently and accurately
• Inspect finished pallets for quality and structural integrity
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work area
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards
• Work collaboratively with other team members in a fast-paced environment

What we require:

• 2 plus years’ prior experience as a Pallet Builder or in a similar wood assembly role is required
• Comfortable using hand tools, nail guns, and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
