: The Application Support role is responsible for ensuring the stability and continuity of an AS400-based billing system through proactive operations monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvemen
t. Skil ls:Strong experience with IBM i (AS400/iSeries) billing platform and operati onsProficiency in CL (Control Language), RPG (RPGLE/ILE RPG) for troubleshooting and analy sisHands-on experience with batch job processing, job scheduling, and job queue managem entAble to perform data fixes, file maintenance, and system-level debugg ingExposure to automation scripting, monitoring tools, and batch recovery strateg iesDeep understanding of manual handling, job logs, spool files, and system messa
ges Responsibilit ies:Maintain availability of AS400 applications within defined SLATroubleshoot and resolve all incidents/service requests within SLACoordinate with network, application architects and developers, and others to maintain a high-performance end-to-end production solut ionsProvide 24x7 support for critical issues and business hours support for all o therInitiate and implement changes to address operational gapsLead Root Cause Analysis for incidents and follow through to comple tionCommunicate with vendors and liaise with other IT t eamsWork with business to identify improvem
