We have an opening for Administrative Support at our Calgary location.
ROBINSON Showroom Administrative Support are the first point of contact for customers and play a vital role in creating an easy and enjoyable experience for all stakeholders. This position supports sales operations by handling administrative tasks, maintaining accurate pricing, ensuring a clean and visually appealing showroom, coordinating appointments, processing payments, and assisting with inventory checks.
What you will do:
- Serve as first point of contact for visitors, calls, and general inquiries
- Manage call routing, shared inbox, and appointment scheduling
- Track and follow up on missed or outstanding communications
- Maintain accurate records, files, and system updates
- Prepare and organize paperwork, reports, and shared drive documentation
- Assist with inventory counts and ensure documentation accuracy
- Maintain organization of reception area, showroom materials, and office supplies
- Support team with administrative overflow and coverage as needed
- Assist with report generation and general administrative tracking
- Other duties as assigned
About You:
- You have excellent customer service and communication skills
- You have a positive attitude and are an enthusiastic individual
- You are organized and have excellent time management skills
- You are reliable and have a strong work ethic
- Strong computer skills
- Your experience in a luxury retail environment is considered an asset
