Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Supplement Advisor to join our health food store team. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness and enjoys helping customers find the right vitamins, supplements, and natural health products to support their goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with supplement and wellness product recommendations
• Provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships
• Maintain product knowledge on vitamins, minerals, sports nutrition, and natural health products
• Stock shelves and keep displays organized and clean
• Operate POS system and assist with cash handling
• Support overall store operations as needed

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred especially in health food store
• Knowledge or interest in supplements, nutrition, and wellness products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
• Ability to work flexible shifts
