Role: Bilingual Crowd Sourcer (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Payout: $20 - $50 per hour

Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Crowd Workers — Bilingual to work on a contractor basis. This role involves applying domain expertise to assist in training next-generation AI systems by delivering high-quality, real-world input. Your contributions will directly shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform across diverse industries. The position is ideal for individuals with native language proficiency and a commitment to maintaining authentic accents and clear audio standards in structured recordings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structured prompt recording in one or more native languages while ensuring accent authenticity and consistency.
• Capture self-directed audio samples according to detailed project guidelines and established quality standards.
• Maintain consistent pronunciation, tone, and accent across multiple sessions and assignments.
• Review and self-check all submitted audio files to verify clarity, accuracy, and adherence to criteria.
• Collaborate with project managers and fellow crowd workers to resolve questions and improve task quality.
• Follow project-specific instructions and adapt to evolving requirements in AI training datasets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Native-level fluency in one or more languages as evidenced by accent authenticity and clarity in audio recordings.
• Ability to capture self-directed audio samples with precision and consistency across sessions.
• Strong self-motivation and discipline to work independently while meeting project deadlines.
• Attention to detail to ensure all recordings meet established quality and accuracy criteria.
• Prior experience in audio recording or transcription is beneficial but not required.
• Willingness to adapt to feedback and adjust recording techniques as needed for project success.
