We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst who will play a strategic role in the development of new products, the continuous improvement of processes, and the maintenance of the highest quality standards within our client’s organization.

Key Responsibilities

-       Participate in integrating quality requirements into new product development.

-       Support the APQP process and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout projects.

-       Coordinate Process FMEA meetings and prepare control plans.

-       Work closely with the quality control team to validate dimensional inspections of parts.

-       Analyze customer complaints and non-conformities to identify trends and implement action plans.

-       Conduct risk analyses, root cause analyses (5 Whys method, 8D), and coordinate corrective actions.

-       Act as a representative of customer needs and expectations within the organization.

-       Prepare, coordinate, and deliver First Article Inspection (FAI) packages according to customer requirements.

-       Manage deviation requests, analyze discrepancies, and ensure proper follow-up.

-       Participate in internal audits of the Quality Management System (QMS).

-       Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Department.

-       Collaborate with production, engineering, and project management teams to achieve quality objectives.

-       Perform all other related duties as required.

Requirements

-       College diploma in Aeronautics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (an asset).

-       Experience in quality assurance or a manufacturing environment, preferably in the aerospace industry.

-       Knowledge of quality processes such as APQP, FAI, FMEA, 8D, and the 5 Whys methodology.

-       Good knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards (an asset).
