Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un Gestionnaire de Projets TI pour un contrat d’une durée de 12 mois avec possibilité de renouvellement.

MANDAT

• Planifier et piloter les évolutions de la solution TI
• Coordonner le déploiement des nouvelles fonctionnalités
• Mobiliser les intervenants d'affaires, technologiques et externes
• Identifier et suivre les risques, enjeux et dépendances du projet
• Produire les tableaux de bord et rapports d'avancement
• Œuvrer dans un environnement sur Microsoft Dynamics 365

PROFIL

• 15+ années d'expérience en technologies de l'information (TI)
• 5+ années comme Gestionnaire de Projets TI durant les 10 dernières années
• Expérience en transformation organisationnelle de grande envergure
• Coordination d'équipes multidisciplinaires et multisectorielles
• Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet de Microsoft
• Expérience en gestion de projets Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFE) (atout)
• Connaissance du domaine de la santé (atout)
• Certification PMP ou équivalent (atout)
• Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de coordination
• Fort esprit de collaboration et bonne communication écrite et verbale
• BAC en TI, administration, gestion ou domaine connexe
• Bilinguisme (Français requis, Anglais fonctionnel)

• 15+ years of experience in information technology (IT)
• 5+ years as an IT Project Manager in the last 10 years
• Experience in large-scale organizational transformation
• Coordination of multidisciplinary, multi-sector teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft project management tools
• Experience in Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, SAFE) (asset)
• Knowledge of the healthcare sector (asset)
• PMP certification or equivalent (asset)
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Strong collaborative mindset and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in IT, business or related field
• Bilingualism (French required, English functional)
