Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and experienced Roll Off Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves operating heavy-duty trucks to transport and dispose of waste or materials efficiently and safely. Duties

• Safely operate roll-off trucks to pick up, transport, and deliver containers to designated locations
• Load and unload waste or materials, often requiring heavy lifting and manual handling
• Conduct routine inspections of the truck and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and maintenance activities
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding schedules and service requirements
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during operations
• Assist with the cleaning and basic maintenance of the truck as needed

Experience

• Valid commercial driver?s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Prior experience operating heavy trucks or similar equipment is preferred
• Demonstrated ability in heavy lifting and manual handling tasks
• Strong driving skills with knowledge of safe driving practices on various road conditions
• Familiarity with safety protocols related to waste management or transportation industries is a plus

This role is vital for maintaining efficient waste collection services, ensuring safety at all times, and supporting environmental sustainability efforts.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
