Fall 2026 and Winter 2027 Sessions Course Number, Section, and Name: EFDT 301.3 (E11) Educator Identity in Contexts Anti Oppressive and Ethical Beginnings Term and Course Dates: Term 1 (September 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026) CRN: 91860 Delivery Mode: This course will be offered as a Lecture (Live in-person on Cumberland House Cree Nation). Course Schedule: Alternating Tuesdays. Actual class times to be determined in consultation with the successful applicant at the discretion of program; 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No evenings or weekends. Expected Enrollment Limit: 35 Location: Cumberland House Cree Nation (approx. 4.5hrs NE of Saskatoon, SK) Qualifications: Minimum of a Master’s degree or equivalent in Education or a related discipline and/or possession of relevant teaching or professional experience. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to engaging with Indigenous ways of knowing and to fostering respectful, reciprocal learning environments. They must also possess knowledge and understanding of First Nations, Métis, and Inuit culture as well as indigenization and the decolonization of pedagogy to uplift and support Indigenous students.

Course Schedule: Alternating Tuesdays. Actual class times to be determined in consultation with the successful applicant at the discretion of program; 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No evenings or weekends. Expected Enrollment Limit: 35 Location: Cumberland House Cree Nation (approx. 4.5hrs NE of Saskatoon, SK) Qualifications: Minimum of a Master’s degree or equivalent in Education or a related discipline and/or possession of relevant teaching or professional experience.
