Company vehicle What you will do Join our Construction Management Services Team as a CMS Project Manager and take charge of delivering profitable and high-quality Security projects. As the principal leader of execution teams, you will collaborate closely with Sales Managers, Branch Installation Managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure that every project you manage meets customer expectations and adheres to all relevant safety and legal standards. Your role will involve ensuring projects are completed accurately, on time, within budget, and within the specified contract scope, all while upholding the highest ethical standards. How you will do it Develop and rigorously follow project schedules to ensure timely execution and delivery, maintaining a clear focus on critical milestones. Analyze and adapt to changes in project scope, addressing client-issued bulletins, directives, or scheduling adjustments through proactive communication and management. Monitor and control project costs, ensuring timely and precise billing while safeguarding profitability and cash flow. Evaluate and interpret contract terms to maintain compliance and manage risks effectively. Establish recovery plans to address project risks and maintain alignment with overall objectives. Negotiate, prepare, and oversee subcontract agreements and ensure all documentation aligns with contract requirements and organizational standards. Lead field teams in ensuring all engineering and commissioning activities meet established standards and project specifications, fostering continuous improvement and team collaboration. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors to support project goals and future opportunities. What we look for Proficiency in managing Security System projects, with a strong preference for candidates holding PMP certification and at least five years of project management experience in the Building Construction Industry. Experience with Project Management software and financial accounting systems, including expertise in MS Office applications and related tools. Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently, as projects may occur beyond the assigned geographical area. HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $43-59 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
