In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
Ensure that manufactured or received parts comply with requirements (blueprints, drawings, procedures) Conduct or coordinate quality inspections throughout the entire process Support production teams in troubleshooting and continuous improvement Manage non-conformities: analysis, corrective actions, and follow-up Participate in the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) for parts under development Contribute to the improvement of our processes related to supplier, customer, and internal quality assurance

With the following skills and qualities, you will thrive in this role:
You hold an associate’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or metallurgical engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience You have at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment You have a solid understanding of quality control and are comfortable reading blueprints, working with geometric tolerances, and using measuring instruments You are comfortable using computer tools, including Microsoft Office and an ERP system
