About the role

We're proud to be an Alberta success story that began in a rented office above a small service station. With a can-do attitude and people-first culture, we've grown into an industry leader spanning over 40 locations with over 600+ employees. We are currently looking for a Telematics & Fleet Card Administrator on a 6-month contract at our Edmonton corporate head office.
What Moves You
You take pride in being the person who keeps things running accurately behind the scenes. You know that when the details are right, customers and colleagues can trust the process. You're energized by variety and enjoy shifting between different types of work in a single day. You care about the people on the other end of every interaction. You treat every touchpoint as an opportunity to leave a great impression. You hold yourself to a high standard of accuracy and follow-through, and you understand that getting it right the first time really matters.
What You'll Do
Coordinate fleet card administration from end to end — managing shipping, activations, replacements, and customer support while ensuring service level agreements are consistently met and every transaction is handled with accuracy and care. Support month-end and activities, including coding receipts, managing invoicing spreadsheets, and communicating on transactions requiring escalation. Reconciling and uploading invoices into customer portals to receive payment in a timely manner. Assist in managing incoming customer calls and emails with professionalism and urgency, assigning and delegating requests through the ticketing system and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Follow established standard operating procedures precisely while staying alert to opportunities for improvement, escalating issues and flagging emerging customer concerns to the Telematics & Fleet Card Manager proactively.
What You'll Bring
A high school diploma or equivalent. A diploma in Business Administration or a related field is an asset. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to build, maintain, and reconcile spreadsheets accurately under time pressure. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of accuracy across financial and administrative tasks. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset and the ability to resolve issues effectively and professionally across a range of internal and external stakeholders. The Driving Force Groups of Companies values diversity and is committed to providing equal opportunities in the workplace. We invite applicants from qualified individuals of all backgrounds. While we welcome all interested candidates, only those selected for an interview will receive further communication. If you require accommodation during any part of the recruitment process, please let us know. Final candidates will be required to undergo a security screening. This may include a driver abstract, criminal history check, reference checks and/or credit check.
