Responsibilities
Lead and Inspire: Set the standard for safety, service, and merchandising while coaching and developing your team. Drive Retail Success Across Business Lines: Achieve sales goals by balancing performance across Retail, Pro, and Install Sales channels. Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care. Optimize Store Operations: Maintain compliance, control shrink, and uphold operational and safety standards. Enable Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with leaders across departments to align sales, inventory, and staffing priorities. Develop Your Team: Invest in associate growth through coaching, training, and creating opportunities for advancement.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in retail or related industries.
Bilingual (French/ English)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead in a complex, multi-business retail environment. Passion for customer service and team development. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency with technology tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Kronos, D365). Flexibility to work a retail schedule and meet operational needs. Ability to relocate within Atlantic Canada for future career growth opportunities is preferred but not required.
