Located in Edmonton, our client first opened as a family business over 40 years ago and has since expanded across Canada. They are a fast-growing retailer of contemporary and modern furniture and are currently looking to hire an Order Picker / Reach Operator.

This position runs from Saturday to Wednesday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Your main tasks:

• Loading and unloading trailers manually.
• Picking orders.
• Scanning inventory.
• Operating Double Pallet Electric Rider and Reach Truck.
• Actively modelling positive culture, teamwork, and collaboration.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations as per company policy.
• Performing any other related tasks.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience driving a stand-up Reach Truck.
• Valid Class 2 Reach Truck licence; “no inhouse tickets”.
• Order picking experience preferred.
• Scanner experience preferred.
• Ability to lift weight up to 50 lbs daily.
• Access to a vehicle instead of relying on public transport.
• Professional, respectful, and safe work practices
• Must be ready for the 7 a.m. start time.

Salary: $22 per hour Schedule: Day shift, Saturday to Wednesday, from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Status: Permanent
