A career as a Residential Financing Specialist at National Bank means making a real difference during some of the most important moments in our clients’ lives.
You support
clients through one of their biggest life projects: purchasing a home. Every day, you guide clients by providing mortgage strategies tailored to their unique situations and work closely with specialized partners to deliver solutions that address their broader financial needs.
You also
play an active role in growing your portfolio by building and strengthening long-term relationships with existing clients, referrals, and prospects generated through your business development efforts.
Your Role
Identify clients’ needs and
recommend the most appropriate mortgage strategies.
Provide a comprehensive client
experience by connecting clients with the right specialists based on their needs (insurance, banking services, investments, etc.).
Grow and retain the Bank’s
client base by delivering a distinctive advisory experience.
Apply established processes
rigorously and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Compensation
and Benefits Your compensation includes:
A base salary of $37,000
per year.
Uncapped commissions directly
tied to your performance.
An annual bonus based on your
results and your collaboration with your team and partners.
You will

Your
Team You will be part of a branch-based team, supported by a Residential Financing Manager who is committed to your growth and success.

Requirements
Completed college
diploma or equivalent post-secondary education.
Minimum of 2 years of
experience in business development, ideally within the financial services industry.
Ability to take an end-to-end
approach to fully understand clients’ needs and financial goals.
Foundational knowledge of
financing products and services, along with a strong interest in developing and deepening this expertise.
Strong professional discipline
and attention to detail, both in technical execution and in the quality of client service and follow-up.
