About the role
Role: Python Full-stack Developer with React & AI Knowledge Location: Halifax, NS /Montreal, QC (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite/Week) Fulltime Job Description The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full stack development using python and React technologies. As a developer you will be responsible for designing & implementing robust solution & ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
What we are looking for :Advance proficiency in Python and Django Framework .Extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) .Proven experience in AI agent development and implementation .Advance proficiency in React ecosystem .Advanced proficiency with Postgres SQ LExtensive experience with SQL server & database design .Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as React .Experience with agent frameworks and orchestration platforms .Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques .Understanding of AI agent architectures and design patterns .Knowledge of design patterns & best practices in software development .Experience with version control system such as Git .Strong knowledge of working with API’s .Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines .Strong communication skills

Nice to hav e:Capital markets experienc e.Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, or similar agent framework s.Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning concept s.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP ).Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes ).Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) technique s.Experience with streaming and real-time data processin g.Understanding of AI safety and responsible AI practice s.Experience with MLOps and model deployment pipeline
