The salary range for this position is $90,000($43.27/hour) to $95,000 ($45.67/hour) annually. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. Now, If You Were To Come On Board As Our Licensed Plumber, We’d Ask You To Do The Following For Us

Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine layout of plumbing system, water supply network and waste and drainage systems Install, repair and maintain domestic, commercial or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes and fixtures in walls and floors Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings Measure, cut, bend and thread pipes using hand and power tools or machines Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing system problems across multiple sites Performs assigned daily rounds and routines at various buildings such as inspection of normal operations of HVAC, AHU, Steam Boilers, Sump pit pumps, Building Automation System and all other facilities equipment and ancillaries. Assists with installation, modification, and troubleshooting of building equipment systems. Not limited to plumbing, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, and HVAC. Inspects new installation for compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Ability and willingness to work extended hours. Be available to respond to emergencies and planned after hours work if needed. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to review and manage assigned work orders. Prioritize and track completion of building repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance tasks. Responsible for maintaining & keeping records of inventories and supply of HVAC filters, chemicals for water treatment of Steam Boilers and to provide order information to the manager of necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks Standard building operations tasks as needed.

General education degree (GED) Environmental, health and safety experience and knowledge Certification of Qualification Plumber (306A) OR Steamfitter(307A) Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act, knowledge of Workplace Hazardous Materials Information Systems (WHMIS) and First Aid and CPR training
