About the role
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Operate lawn maintenance equipment, including push and/or ride-on mowers
- Cut grass and maintain landscaped areas around company properties
- Perform trimming, edging, and general yard clean-up
- Ensure equipment is used safely and properly maintained
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow all company health and safety procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned, including minor painting jobs
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically capable of performing manual labour (standing, walking, lifting)
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience with lawn equipment is considered an asset but not required
