About the role
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Air conditioned. Work setting: Rhythmic gymnastics. Tasks: Coordinate competitive programs . Develop well planned competitive schedules and programs . Plan, develop and implement training and practice sessions. Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games. Participate in coaching clinic instruction. Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance. Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance. Present materials at conference or symposium. Organize and administer national and provincial programs (training, coaching or officiating). Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Level 2 Certificate in Coaching. Level 3 Certificate in Coaching. Level 4 Certificate in Coaching. National Coaching Institute Diploma. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Willing to travel regularly. Willing to travel for extended periods. Willing to travel internationally. Travel expenses paid by employer.
