Senior Estimator/Project Manager
About the role
We have an immediate opening for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. This role has full responsibility for managing full-cycle construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling and project coordination from pre-construction to closeout.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage project execution by providing direction to the project team, appropriately scheduling time and acting as main point of contact between internal and external project teams from pre-construction through closeout Lead project meetings, prepare estimates, quantity take-offs, and obtain subcontractor pricing Participate in tendering and procurement processes Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and project documentation Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders Review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings, track change orders, RFIs, and project documentation Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality Responsible for ensuring projects are within budget and on schedule Communicate effectively with internal/external project teams, and continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction Prepare closeout documentation and coordinate project turnover
QUALIFICATIONS: College/University Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Technology or Construction Engineering Technology Management (PMP, CCM, CET, PQS) or equivalent practical experience 5+ years experience working on industrial, institutional or commercial projects Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills, attention to detail/deadlines Excellent communication (written/verbal/electronic) and interpersonal skills Effective team layer with demonstrated abilities to motive motivate staff at all levels Adaptable to flexible work schedule when required to meet deadlines Ability to travel to job sites, valid drivers license Proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook and PM software
