Hagen Group is looking for a strategic and analytical Paid Media super star to join our digital marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in media planning and buying, who is ready to take ownership of cross-channel media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and performance. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and execute media plans that align with our business objectives. This role will be based out of our Mississauga office, but will require occasional travel to Montreal.

How You’ll Be Contributing:
- Strategize, plan, and execute paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant digital channels to support brand and performance objectives.
- Own end-to-end campaign management, including audience development, keyword research, bid strategies, creative testing, and ongoing optimization.
- Optimize paid search, display, video, social, and programmatic campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and measurable return on investment.
- Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations to continuously improve results.
- Manage media budgets, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficient allocation of spend across initiatives and markets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting KPIs, trends, insights, and strategic recommendations for internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate overall website engagement and conversion performance using Google Analytics 4 and ensure accurate tracking implementation through Google Tag Manager.
- Partner closely with Brand, Creative, and Digital teams to align messaging, creative assets, and campaign objectives for cohesive, high-impact execution.
- Test and explore new channels, audiences, and emerging digital opportunities to drive growth and innovation.
We’d Love to Hear from You if You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in media planning and buying within a fast-paced, medium-sized organization or corporate marketing environment. Agency experience is considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of paid media channels, including social (Meta, TikTok, Spotify), programmatic, display, search, and Amazon advertising.
- Experience working with media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, DSP platforms).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in consumer goods, pet care, or regulated industries is an asset.
- Bilingual fluency in French and English, with strong communication skills in both. English is required as we operate internationally.
