You’ll help create the welcoming, fresh shopping experience Farm Boy is known for by delivering outstanding customer service and keeping our department looking its best. With an eye for detail and a passion for teamwork, you’ll ensure products are displayed beautifully and customers feel supported every step of their visit. Here are some of the other ways you’ll help us stand out:

Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience. Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards while sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products. Package, stock, and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves, ensuring high-quality presentation and accurate signage. Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting. Follow all corporate policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use. Complete designated opening and closing procedures and support fellow Team Members as needed. Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.

A genuine passion for delivering engaging and exceptional customer service. Retail experience is considered an asset; an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. The ability to work independently with attention to detail and pride in delivering quality results and maintaining cleanliness standards. A collaborative, team-oriented approach supported by strong communication and organizational skills. Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on setting that involves multiple deadlines, extended periods of standing, heavy lifting, and work that may be performed in cooler, freezer, and outdoor conditions. Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset.
