About the role
Are you an experienced Rock Truck Operator looking to join a major civil earthworks project in remote Northern Saskatchewan. We are seeking skilled and safety-focused operators to support site development, mass excavation and earthmoving activities on a large-scale civil construction project. Learn more about working at Ledcor – watch here Essential Responsibilities Safely operate 40T rock trucks in accordance with project requirements and Ledcor safety standards Haul soil, aggregates, rock, and other materials throughout the project site Complete pre-trip inspections, daily equipment reports, and required documentation Follow designated haul routes, traffic management plans, and site procedures Work closely with excavator, loader, dozer, and grader operators to support production targets Maintain awareness of site hazards, changing ground conditions, and other equipment operating in the area Identify and report equipment deficiencies or maintenance concerns Adhere to all Ledcor and project safety policies, procedures, and site requirements Qualifications 3+ years of experience operating rock trucks, haul trucks, or similar heavy equipment in a construction, mining or earthworks environment Strong understanding of safe hauling, loading, dumping, and traffic management practices Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, production-driven environment Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and productivity Valid Class 3 Driver's Licence (preferred) with a satisfactory 3-year driver's abstract CSTS 2020 Fundamentals certification Ground Disturbance Level II certification is considered an asset Must successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing Work Conditions 14 days on / 7 days off rotational schedule Camp accommodation provided Travel allowance and / or flights provided Remote northern Saskatchewan project location Competitive wages with weekly pay Comprehensive benefits provided through CLAC Additional Information Ledcor Pipeline offers a unique set of pipeline services unmatched anywhere in the oil and gas industry.
