We are looking for a quality-focused, high energy, and well organized Model Technician to join our Essex Quantum Dental Lab in Windsor, ON Canada. Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are eligible for a sign on bonus of $1000 CAD, after 120 days of continuous employment. Be able to understand a doctors’ preferences Follow in-process laboratory Quality Assurance standards Pour, trim, section, and articulate stone models from patients’ impressions Operate and maintain a variety of dental laboratory tools and equipment such as: trimmers, lathes, saw, articulators, and cleaning devices Maintain dental tools and equipment with cleanliness and care Follow daily schedule and production goals Other duties as assigned or as otherwise required Qualifications Previous experience in a relevant field or dental lab environment preferred Excellent hand/eye coordination Ability to stand for extended hours and lift weight up to 20lbs Good communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Advanced die trimming experience is a plus Milling center environment, computer-based workstation.
