Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages while ensuring a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing the cash register (POS system). Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Assist in training new staff members on bar operations and customer service standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Bartender or in the food industry is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink costs. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
