Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Bilingual Communications & Marketing Specialist in the Staffing Services Sector in a hybrid work environment in Mississauga, Ontario.

How you will make an impact: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth Create, adapt, and review compelling marketing content in both English and French, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives on time Support digital marketing initiatives, including website content management, SEO optimization, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights that inform future marketing strategies Champion brand standards and help ensure all communications resonate with target audiences across multiple markets

The successful candidate brings: Fluency in both English and French, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills A post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Demonstrated experience planning and executing B2B and B2C marketing campaigns across multiple channels Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Proficiency with WordPress, content management systems, SEO best practices, AI-powered marketing and productivity tools, social media platforms, marketing technologies, and Microsoft Office applications A curious and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable recommendations
