Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Bilingual essentialNOTE: Applicants must attach a resume to their application.JOB SUMMARY:Reporting to the manager of the Clinical Trials Unit, the Research Coordinator ? Clinical Trials is responsible for coordinating annd conducting sponsored clinical trials in accordance with deadlines and regulatory requirements. This person collaborates with all departments in the research sector, as well as with various external partners.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in science, nursing, health sciences, or a related discipline;Experience in coordinating and developing projects, research projects, or clinical trials;Knowledge of research protocols and the Research Ethics Board submission process;Experience in writing and editing various types of texts (scientific or other);An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered;Experience in health research in a university setting, medical research institute or hospital facility, an asset;Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 and knowledge of other software commonly used within the Network;Good understanding of the scientific method and clinical research;Knowledge of applicable rules for research involving humans;Excellent analytical and organizational skills;Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in both official languages;Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team; Ability to work independently and as a team member; Physical ability to perform assigned duties; Good previous work history (performance and attendance); Adherence to professional ethics principles, to the Network management philosophy and organizational values; Compliance with the rules of confidentiality established by the Vitalité Health Network.The above requirements may be verified through oral, written or practical tests during the selection process.Should there be no fully qualified applicants, this position will not necessarily be reposted.
