About the role
⠀ Description The Warehouse Technician supports aircraft maintenance operations by ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, tracking, and issuance of aircraft parts. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and a customer-focused approach to support internal stakeholders, including Aircraft technicians, in a fast-paced and regulated environment. Receive aircraft parts by performing incoming inspections, validating documentation, and completing system entries. Issue aircraft parts to Aircraft Technicians while ensuring accuracy and traceability. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, inspections, and discrepancy resolution. Track and manage part locations across Warehouse and Forward Stores. Prepare parts and documentation for repair or return to vendors and coordinate with procurement to expedite deliveries. Ensure proper storage, handling, and security control of all aircraft parts. Support Forward Stores operations when required, including issuing consumables and interacting directly with Aircraft Technicians. Operate material handling equipment and perform internal deliveries as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including workplace inspections. Support the transition between the NFTC and FAcT programs, with fluctuating operational demand. Deliver high-quality customer service to internal stakeholders, primarily Aircraft Technicians. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling parts and documentation Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office tools (Excel) Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems (e.g., ERP or inventory tools) Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset Ability to work on-site, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (40 hours/week) Ability to perform physical tasks (handling parts, moving inventory, operating equipment) Eligibility to obtain and maintain Controlled Goods clearance and Reliability status Preferred Qualifications Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or supply chain environments Ability to perform physical tasks (handling parts, moving inventory, operating equipment) Experience using SAP, Maintenix, or similar inventory/maintenance systems Previous experience in aviation, aerospace, or regulated environments Diploma or coursework in business, supply chain, or logistics Experience coordinating with vendors, procurement, or repair operations Adaptability to multi-system workflows and changing operational priorities Benefits We’ve designed flexible policies to promote well-being and growth, based on role-specific eligibility and requirements: Dynamic and collaborative team environment.
