We are seeking dedicated and adaptable individuals to join our Converting Operations team at our plant. As a Flex Operator in Converting, you will play a key role in supporting departmental operations through a variety of hands‑on tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, is eager to build depth in Converting processes, and enjoys hands‑on, team‑based work.

We prioritize your well-being, requiring successful candidates to pass a criminal background check, drug test, and physical examination. You may also need to wear a full-face respirator for certain tasks.

What You Can Expect:

• Perform a variety of labour duties in our Converting Operations.
• Regularly lift up to 50-60lbs
• Identify and analyze problems as they occur, work with the team to troubleshoot them
• Work at heights or in confined spaces as required

What We Expect:

• High School diploma
• Must possess a valid class 5 license
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Safety oriented, particularly while operating heavy machinery
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset
• Forklift driving experience is an asset
• Our facility runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Successful candidates must be available for all shifts, including weekends and nightshifts. This position may require the individual to wear a full-face respirator
