Key Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and documentation management.
• Assist with project coordination, including tracking deadlines and communicating updates to stakeholders.
• Handle customer service inquiries, resolving issues and escalating when necessary.
• Conduct research and compile reports to inform decision-making processes.
• Maintain organizational tools, including spreadsheets and databases, to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
• Experience with data entry and administrative support is necessary.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Familiarity with basic project management tools is preferred.
