Claiborne Senior Living is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to support and oversee a portfolio of senior living communities across the Mid-South and Eastern United States.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and occupancy growth across multiple communities.

What You’ll Do

Provide operational oversight and direction to assigned communities

Support and mentor Executive Directors and leadership teams Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and all regulatory requirements Drive financial performance through labor management, expense control, and revenue optimization Review financial statements regularly and implement corrective action plans as needed Support occupancy growth through marketing oversight and collaboration with Community Relations teams Monitor resident satisfaction and address concerns with professionalism and urgency Conduct regular community site visits to ensure presentation, safety, and operational standards Assist in budget development and annual objective planning Partner with HR and Business Office teams on employment practices and staff performance matters Support pre-opening activities for new developments, including staffing, inspections, and operational readiness

What We’re Looking For

Proven multi-site assisted living or senior living leadership experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field preferred Strong financial acumen with experience managing labor and controllable expenses Demonstrated success driving occupancy and operational improvements Deep understanding of regulatory compliance in senior living Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to travel up to 75%
