Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and communicate with customers regarding outstanding accounts. Accurately receive and apply payments to customer accounts. Provide guidance and follow-up support to customers on overdue balances. Initiate necessary actions for account recovery, including repossession or service disconnection. Maintain comprehensive records and status updates for customer accounts.

Qualifications

Minimum three(3) years experience handling 3rd party collection

sProven experience in billing, collections, and/or customer service .Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with clients effectively .Excellent written and verbal communication skills .Exceptional multitasking and prioritization capabilities .

: Must pass a thorough criminal background check and credit assessmen t.Availability to work evenings and Saturdays on a rotating schedul e.Reliable high-speed internet connectio n.Access to a device that can be compatible with DuoMobile App, required for secure communication s.
