We're looking for a Data Administrator and Exams Officer to join our dedicated team at Aldridge Adult Learning. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting adult learners by ensuring the accurate management of learner data, funding compliance and the smooth delivery of examinations and assessments.
You'll work closely with curriculum teams, leadership and external organisations to help maintain the highest standards of data integrity, regulatory compliance and learner support, making a real difference to the success of our provision.
🔍 What We're Looking For
Role
We're seeking an organised, proactive and detail-focused professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support. You'll thrive in this role if you:
✅ Have experience managing learner or student data within a Management Information System (MIS).
✅ Have knowledge of data management, funding compliance or statutory returns, ideally within further or adult education.
✅ Can accurately manage learner records, ensuring data is complete, compliant and audit-ready.
✅ Have experience coordinating examinations or assessments and understand awarding body regulations and examination procedures.
✅ Are confident producing reports, analysing data and identifying discrepancies to support informed decision-making.
✅ Can build positive working relationships with colleagues, learners, employers and external organisations.
✅ Are highly organised, able to prioritise competing deadlines and remain calm during busy assessment and funding periods.
✅ Have excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data accuracy.
