Role Description The Creative Generalist role at Trexity is a full-time, remote position responsible for supporting a wide range of brand, marketing, and communication initiatives. In this role, you will create and adapt visual and written content across digital channels, including social media, website pages, email campaigns, and marketing collateral. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product updates, customer stories, and business goals into clear, engaging creative concepts. Daily tasks may include content ideation, copywriting, basic graphic design or layout work, light video or motion editing, and organizing assets to maintain brand consistency. You will also assist with campaign execution, contribute to strategy discussions, and help measure the impact of creative work using available data and feedback. Qualifications Creative content skills, such as copywriting, storytelling, and conceptual thinking for digital and print formats. Design-related capabilities, including basic graphic design, layout, and familiarity with common creative tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva). Marketing and brand skills, including experience working on social media, email, and web campaigns, and an understanding of brand voice and positioning. Organizational and collaboration skills, such as project coordination, time management, and effective communication with cross-functional teams. Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment, with the ability to take initiative, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute ideas proactively. Experience in startups, logistics, e-commerce, or delivery services is an asset, but not required. Relevant education or equivalent experience in marketing, design, communications, or a related creative field.
