Contract Duration: 24 months Job Description: Play a key role in the operational team, with focus on evergreening and operational support. Resolve complex cross functional technical issues in a timely manner. Participate in the planning and execution of testing related to production deployment validation, performance, failover and vulnerabilities remediation, and disaster recovery. Analyze the current solutions environment to identify deficiencies and opportunities for simplification as part of continuous improvements and evergreening activities. Define and implement required upgrades and changes to address operational problems or new business requirements as well as support problem troubleshooting in Prod and non-prod environments. Other related activities and deliverables as required.

Required Skills: University degree or college diploma in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field. Minimum of five (5) years of recent demonstrated experience in testing and/or operations and/or development and/or integration in network management environments Minimum of five (5) years of recent demonstrated experience with network equipment, specifically with Cisco switching and routing platforms (Cisco Nexus 9K, 9300s, 6508 and APIC) Demonstrated experience in working with Clienture Cloud Networking Demonstrated knowledge and experience in IT Operations work, including the operational capabilities and typical challenges of IT Operations Demonstrated ability to support the full development lifecycle, including participation in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes, from concept through implementation Demonstrated experience with scalable and highly available service-oriented architectures Demonstrated experience in working with Agile methodology

Desired Skills: Demonstrated experience in working with ServiceNow Demonstrated experience in working with Cisco ASA and/or Checkpoint firewalls.
