As a CSR Warranty Administrator – Global Turboprop Services, you will be responsible for the administration and execution of warranty activities across multiple Turboprop Services sites. Working closely with Operations, Finance, Customer Programs, and OEM partners, you will support warranty recovery efforts through claim administration, financial tracking, stakeholder coordination, and process compliance to help maximize warranty recoveries and support business objectives.
What you'll do
- Prepare, validate, and submit warranty claims to OEMs in accordance with contractual requirements and established procedures
- Review engine shop documentation, workscopes, and supporting records to identify and maximize warranty recovery opportunities
- Track claims through resolution, follow up on outstanding submissions, and support timely recovery of warranty entitlements
- Monitor warranty recoveries, credits, payments, cost transfers, and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Maintain warranty databases, records, tracking systems, and performance reports
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Customer Programs, and OEM representatives to obtain documentation and resolve warranty-related inquiries
- Ensure warranty activities comply with contractual requirements, company policies, and established procedures
- Support audits, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of warranty processes and systems
- Prepare estimates, invoices, reports, and supporting documentation as required
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (Grade 12) and a minimum of 2 years of experience in warranty administration, customer service, accounting, finance, sales support, or a related administrative role
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with ERP systems, databases, or similar business applications
- Experience reviewing and maintaining detailed records and documentation with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Must be authorized to work in Canada on permanent basis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Aviation Management, or a related field
- Experience with warranty claims, cost recovery, financial reconciliations, or customer programs
- Experience in aerospace, aviation, MRO, manufacturing, or another regulated industry
- Experience using reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or Access
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and customer service
