Sales Consultant – Parkway Ford

Parkway Ford is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, building relationships, and helping drivers find the right vehicle for their needs.

As a Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through the vehicle shopping and purchase process while delivering a professional, helpful, and customer-focused experience. The ideal candidate is confident, eager to learn, and ready to generate results in a busy Ford dealership environment.

Responsibilities

Develop an in-depth understanding of our new and pre-owned Ford inventory

Help customers compare vehicles, features, trims, and available options Listen to customer needs and recommend vehicles that align with their lifestyle, budget, and preferences Deliver a high-quality customer experience from initial greeting through vehicle delivery Follow up with leads, appointments, and previous customers Assist with showroom, sales lot, and promotional vehicle displays Work with the Finance Manager to support a smooth purchase process Collaborate with Sales Management to present attractive options on new and used vehicles Work with the marketing team to help grow our customer base

Requirements

Previous sales or customer service experience

Strong communication and relationship-building skills Positive, professional, and motivated attitude Ability to learn vehicle features, inventory, and product information quickly Comfortable working with customers in a fast-paced dealership environment Automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required for the right candidate Valid driver’s licence
