Digital Marketing Specialist
About the role
Brief Description
The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in executing the company’s digital strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role manages day-to-day digital marketing activities including campaign execution, content distribution, analytics, and optimization to support sales pipeline growth and overall marketing objectives. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and experienced in digital channels commonly used in the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
Execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, website, and marketing automation platforms. Manage day-to-day website updates, landing page creation, SEO best practices, and ongoing site optimization. Develop and distribute digital content (emails, social media posts, blog posts, case studies, short videos) that supports demand generation and brand storytelling. Monitor and optimize performance of campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Marketo, or similar. Collaborate with Offering Managers and Sales to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with campaign goals. Manage in-person events through, logistics, digital promotion, registration workflows, and post-event follow-up. Conduct market and competitor research to inform digital strategy and content planning. Manage social media channels, ensuring consistent posting cadence, engagement, and performance tracking. Work with external vendors or creative partners when needed to support digital content production.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a technology or B2B environment. Bilingual, proficient in both French and English Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social advertising, email marketing, and digital content best practices. Experience in planning and executing in-person events Experience managing paid media campaigns and working with budget allocations. Excellent writing and content creation skills. Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make recommendations for optimization. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. Creative thinker with a collaborative, proactive approach.
