Job Summary

The Floor – Cycle Count/Slotting is responsible for maintaining inventory and investigating internal discrepancies for all floor stock.

Essential Job Functions *

• Assists in supervision and completion of quarterly inventories.

• Investigates shortages on receipts and takes corrective action.

• Daily spot checking of finished goods/raw material inventories at random.

• Review inventory adjustment lists daily and investigate variances.

• Investigate trail of inventory losses.

• Oversee entry of inventory tags.

• Check Production Exception Reports.

• Comply with company policies and procedures.

• Support and follow internal health & safety programs and protocols.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education & Experience

• Secondary school diploma or higher.

Competencies – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• At least 1 year experience working in a distribution center.

• Communication skills, both verbal and written.

• High levels of precision and attention to detail

• Experience with Warehouse Management and inventory systems.

• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
