Your future role

You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis, driving informed decision-making across the organization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Finance, Operations, and Cost Center Managers), coordinate and prepare budget exercises, and much more. -

We’ll look to you for:

• Producing the headcount report,
• Producing and presenting the cost center report,
• Preparing site activity reviews,
• Producing actual vs. budget comparisons of under/over recovery,
• Entering and controlling data related to your scope in the reporting tool,
• Explaining under/over recovery discrepancies,
• Explaining variances on cost centers,
• Establishing best estimates and last estimates of costs,
• Coordinating and preparing the budget exercise (costs and rates) for different functions,
• Acting as the key user for the timesheet tool and SAP GSI"

• Analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making ,

• Proficiency in Excel for financial reporting and data analysis
