Serenity Home Care is currently hiring multiple Home Support Workers in Mount Pearl, St. John?s, and Conception Bay South (CBS). This is an ideal role for those looking for short shifts and flexibility in the healthcare field.

Compensation & BenefitsWage: $20.30 per hour plus 4% vacation Health Benefits Training: 12-module training program provided in-house. Growth: Ongoing education and skill development opportunities. Stability: Work for a long standing, reputable local employer.
Key Responsibilities Providing companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes. Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, and mobility). Light housekeeping duties (laundry, dishes, and tidying). Meal planning and preparation.Providing respite care for families.
Requirements To ensure the safety and well-being of our clients, all applicants must provide: Recent Letter of Conduct with a Vulnerable Sector Check. Current First Aid Certification. 3 References. Availability to work every second weekend.
Schedule Flexible shifts. Weekend availability required (bi-weekly rotation). Day, evening, and night shifts may be available.
