Coolant Handler
Position Summary:
The Coolant Handler is responsible for the safe and efficient running of the CNC Machines through the maintenance and monitoring of coolant levels.

Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hour weekly rotating shifts

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
-
Measure coolant height, concentration, and foam presence during machine operation and in chip-drip collection tray.
-
Pump out coolant, clean machines, and recharge coolant levels.

Accurately record activities in the fluid monitoring maintenance log.

Report and clean-up all coolant spills.

General housekeeping to maintain a safe working environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
-
Completed Grade 12 or equivalent.
-
Mathematical aptitude.
-
Ability to prioritize & multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Strong hand/ eye coordination.
-
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
