About the role
The Manager of Enterprise Infrastructure and Security is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the organization’s IT infrastructure and cybersecurity strategy. This role ensures enterprise systems, networks, and cloud environments are reliable, scalable, and secure to support business operations and growth. The manager safeguards digital assets, enables secure connectivity, and drives continuous improvement across infrastructure and security domains.
Our current hybrid model requires employees to work on-site three days per week. This schedule supports collaboration while offering flexibility. Please note that on-site requirements may change at any time based on operational needs.
Duties:

Oversee daily operations and performance of enterprise infrastructure (networks, servers, storage, cloud). Ensure scalability, resilience, and alignment with business continuity goals.

Develop and enforce security policies and controls. Monitor threats, manage incident response, and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Lead and mentor technical teams across infrastructure and security. Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality delivery and strategic alignment.

Define infrastructure and security roadmaps with IT leadership. Drive initiatives such as cloud migrations, network upgrades, and security enhancements.

Maintain accurate system documentation and provide regular reports on infrastructure health, security posture, and project progress to senior leadership.

Lead cross-functional teams, delegate effectively, and foster collaboration.

Align infrastructure and security initiatives with organizational goals and future needs.

Analyze and resolve complex infrastructure and security issues across on-prem and cloud.

Ability to explain technical concepts clearly, prepare concise documentation, and present updates to leadership.

Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver on time and within budget.

Assess risks, make informed decisions under pressure, and implement effective controls.

Stay flexible and current with emerging technologies and cybersecurity trends.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master’s preferred).

5+ years in IT infrastructure and network operations, including 2+ years in leadership roles (7+ years with progressive responsibility preferred).

Required: CompTIA Security+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.

Preferred: CISSP, CISM, CCNP Security, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, ITIL Foundation.

Enterprise networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, routing/switching).
-
Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud). Cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
-
IAM, SSO, MFA, zero trust architecture.
-
SIEM tools, threat detection, infrastructure monitoring, patching, disaster recovery planning.

DevSecOps practices and automation tools.
-
English level A- is mandatory in oral expression, oral comprehension, reading comprehension and written expression. Bilingual (French/English) is considered an asset
