Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid) Duration: 6 months contract (with possibility of extension/conversion)

Summary of the Role

The successful candidate will process government Requests for Information (RFIs), review and verify client spending, information, and financial transactions, conduct client validation, and ensure compliance with information requests.

Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Process government Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Review and verify client spending, information, and financial transactions.
• Conduct client validation and ensure compliance with information requests.
• Work on government-based requests/documentation review.
• Complete assigned workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity.
• Understand and apply operating policies and procedures.
• Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information, and all matters of confidentiality; escalate issues where appropriate.
• Support the timely and accurate completion of business processes and procedures.
• Escalate non-standard or high-risk activities as necessary.
• Support and participate in process improvement opportunities.
• Ensure necessary due diligence to support the accuracy of all transactions/activities.
• Be knowledgeable of and comply with Bank Code of Conduct.

Must-Have Skills

1. 1–2 years of experience in banking/financial.
2. Prior SLA-based experience.
3. Tech savvy – ability to pick up internal systems quickly.
4. MS Office 365 proficiency – Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Nice-to-Have

• Working on government-based requests/documentation review.
