Senior Technical Business Analyst (Endpoint / IAM)
About the role
TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for a Senior Technical Business Analyst – Endpoint / Identity & Access
This is a 12 month contract located in Scarborough, ON/ Hybrid (2 days/ week)
Must haves
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise technology, security, endpoint management, or identity/access initiatives.
- Strong experience with stakeholder management, requirements gathering, process design, documentation, and rollout coordination.
- Previous working experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and device compliance concepts.
- Experience supporting pilot execution, production rollout, and operational handoff / Day 2 support readiness.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills (SOPs, runbooks, governance artifacts). .
Nice-To-Have Skills
- Experience with endpoint compliance enforcement or Windows patching governance.
- Familiarity with network-dependent access controls.
- Experience with ServiceNow change / intake workflows.
- Experience producing rollout dashboards and executive-ready status reporting
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to work directly with English- and Spanish-speaking stakeholders
