CDM is seeking a dedicated Senior Paid Social Performance Marketing Specialist with Facebooking advertising experience and a relentless focus on hitting performance targets. The ideal candidate must possess a strong desire to learn and solve problems, lead account strategy and scale accounts. As a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist you take the lead and full ownership of the marketing success on accounts, while our Client Services team takes ownership of the client relationship, assisting you with hitting your targets.

What You’ll Do: Launch & manage digital advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and other platforms for mid and high-tier clients Craft high-converting copy to support ad campaigns, landing page conversion rates & video campaign performance Analyze data using our proprietary reporting system to optimize campaigns, ad creatives, landing pages, and offers Manage an ad budget ranging between $150,000 and $350,000 per month of performance spend Scripting for ad copy, creatives, and different messaging in your advertorials Collaborate with our Creative team to improve video ad campaigns Collaborate with the CSM team to identify and resolve high level issues Potentially lead a team of campaign managers/media buyers

What You Will Not Do: Client Communication 30-day client approvals Siloed or extremely collaborative work – at CDM, we believe in a fine balance between the two

What We Are Looking For: Minimum 3 years of experience managing performance Facebook campaigns for lead generation or e-commerce accounts Minimum 1 year of experience in direct response marketing Experience with creative briefs & ideating video campaigns Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Highly preferred: Experience in enhancing conversion rate optimization Highly preferred: Agency experience
