About the role
The hourly wage rate for this position is $24. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. The Hospitality Administrator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Hospitality Services by ensuring administrative accuracy, operational readiness, staffing coordination, and effective communication between management and service teams. This position supports both front-of-house operations and back-end administrative functions to maintain seamless daily execution.
Key Responsibilities Include
Review and verify all consumption sheets from the previous night to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper submission. Follow up with the appropriate team members regarding any discrepancies or missing information. Update the daily consumption lists for breakfast, AM breaks, lunches, receptions, and other hospitality functions as required. Create and prepare all food labels required for the following day’s events, Complete daily waste and diversion tracking reports. Ensure all information is recorded accurately and submitted on time, with reasoning if it is high. Deliver operational support on the floor through active supervision of daily activities to maintain efficient and seamless operations. Prepare and organize operational packages for managers to ensure readiness for daily functions and meetings. Prepare server packages and operational details for the following day. Maintain and update the server daily with accurate staffing, events, and operational information to support clear communication across the team. Update and maintain the WPC and ELT boards to ensure all information remains current, organized, and aligned with operational requirements. Support overall hospitality operations by maintaining a professional, organized, and service-oriented work environment while assisting management with additional administrative and operational tasks as required.
