The Job! You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, creating a welcoming and professional experience while ensuring the day-to-day operations of the front office run smoothly. Greet clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service from arrival through departure. Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Coordinate meeting room bookings, prepare boardrooms, and assist with meeting logistics. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries. Provide administrative support to legal professionals and other departments as required. Maintain reception and common areas, ensuring they remain organized and presentable throughout the day. Assist with document preparation, scanning, filing, and other general administrative tasks. Support additional office coordination duties to help ensure the smooth operation of the workplace.

What you bring to the job

You will come with exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding client service. Post-secondary education or relevant administrative training is considered an asset. 1-3 years of reception or administrative experience, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
