Seeking an experienced Lead Quality Engineer with expertise in Commercial Client Onboarding, Treasury Management, QA strategy, and test automation within banking environments. The role focuses on validating onboarding workflows, client data processing, compliance checks, and integration testing across commercial banking platforms.
Key Responsibilities Define and drive QA strategy for commercial onboarding and treasury management systems. Lead test automation and quality engineering initiatives across client-facing portals and backend platforms. Validate client onboarding workflows, compliance checks, and integration processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding operations. Support integration testing, data validation, and end-to-end workflow verification. Ensure quality standards across APIs, backend systems, and enterprise banking applications.
Must-Have Skills Strong experience in Quality Engineering and Test Automation. Experience in Commercial Client Onboarding or Treasury Management. Banking or Financial Services domain experience. Expertise in test strategy, integration testing, and workflow validation. Experience working with client data processing and compliance-related systems. Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
