Role Description As a Social Media Content Creator intern at HouseofCrft, you will support the development and execution of social media content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. In this Part time on-site role located in Toronto, ON, you will create engaging posts, short-form videos, and stories that highlight brands and professionals in the personal care industry. Daily tasks include brainstorming content ideas, drafting captions, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement and comments. You will assist in basic analytics tracking, help maintain a consistent brand voice, and collaborate with team members on campaigns and promotional activities. The role also involves staying up to date on social media trends and suggesting new formats or approaches to improve reach and engagement.

Qualifications Ability to create and produce engaging social media content (images, short videos, stories, reels) tailored to different platforms. Skill in writing clear, compelling captions and social copy, with attention to tone, grammar, and audience engagement. Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and basic understanding of platform best practices. Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret metrics such as reach, impressions, and engagement. Experience or interest in the personal care, beauty, or wellness industry is an asset. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Comfort working on-site in Toronto, ON and collaborating with a diverse team of professionals and entrepreneurs. Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in marketing, communications, media, design, or a related field is preferred but not required.
